Disclaimer: Marketing Rishi is not yet another self-proclaimed " Guru", "Monk", or random huckster promising your life will change overnight, that you'll make millions, or that you'll attain moksha within a month.
With the legalese out of the way, I suppose introductions are in order. Marketing Rishi is a marketing professional with accreditation from both a premier Marketing University as well as from the school of hard knocks...Readers are welcome to join along in part or most of our journey through an increasingly difficult global environment for marketers, entrepreneurs, and regular people in general.
Marketing Rishi's objective is to provide some (hopefully) helpful advice for entrepreneurs who are just starting out or who need a fresh start. From time to time, an anonymous digital shoulder to cry on may be available in the comment section. We advise users to use pseudonyms so they may retain a measure of privacy in the comments, or if they prefer, in email. You can also just write, "Asking for a friend".
So I guess you could say part brand management education and part...support group??
Running an ashram ain’t cheap. In Marketingstan (“Marketingdesh” or “Marketing desa” in the proper Sanskrit), Gurus and Pandits don’t get paid a salary. But it is customary to give dakshina (an honorarium) at the end of one’s education—or in this case, to keep the gyaan going.
If you like Marketing Rishi’s Gyaan, feel free to contribute money, also known as Marketing Dakshina, to our site. Proceeds will be used primarily for personal expenditure and enrichment…
But seriously, if you like what you read and find it helpful, don't be shy to contribute a few bucks ($5, $15, $50... or whatever floats your boat). Small amounts do add up, so please don't break your bank to fill up mine. Thanks in advance.
